Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. Day ONE of the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee starts the day after you received the item we delivered to you.
If for any reason you didn't receive the item even after reaching the maximum Estimated Delivery Time of 20 days (for US orders), Day ONE of the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee starts on the 21st day. Since International shipping times vary, please allow up to a maximum of 8 weeks for the delivery to complete. This may happen when delivery is affected by high demand, destination country's lengthy customs procedures, emergency crises, etc.
We will accept returns no questions asked as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase by the time you contact us to request for a refund, your refund request will be rejected.

We only pay the return shipping fee if you wish to return a product that is classified as "damaged as delivered" and/or "item is not as described". You pay the return shipping if you wish to return a product for an exchange for reasons such as:
- Ordered the wrong size.
- Change of mind.
We guarantee a Full Refund if you did not receive your item within our Estimated Delivery Time for the item.
Customers are eligible for a Full or Partial Refund, if the product is damaged when delivered to you or the product is not as described:
- A Full Refund is given to the customer if s/he requests for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer may or may not be required to return the product to us. You will be notified whichever case it may be.
- A Partial Refund is given to the customer if s/he requests for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase and returns a product for reasons other than "damaged as delivered" or "item is not as described". We will deduct the amount we paid for the return shipping fee. Please review "Who Pays Return Shipping" section above to learn when is the customer the one to pay the return shipping fee.
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we will send you a notification letter to the email you used when purchasing your item. You will know from the notification letter whether your refund is approved or rejected. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card. The refunded amount will be reflected in your credit card account statement within a certain amount of days as banks need time to process such a transaction. The number of days depend upon the type of credit card you used when purchasing your item. Please refer to your credit card company for such details.
If you purchased your item using your Paypal account, you will see the refund in your account within the day we issued the refund.Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless it is damaged when we delivered it to you or it is not as described. Otherwise, only regular priced items can be eligible for a refund.
